Throughout my career as a consultant I have provided customer strategy support to companies on a global basis including customer experience optimisation, brand strategy and strategic data analysis. I have led innovation, marketing, customer experience and strategy projects with many FTSE 100/Fortune 500 clients, including: British Airways, British Gas, BT, CfBT Education Trust, EDF Energy, E.ON, Microsoft, Money Advice Service, RBS, Royal Mail, Samsung Electronics, and Vodafone. In addition to my activities as a consultant I am also a Trustee at an Autism charity.

What I do at TMI
I enjoy working with people at all levels in an organisation from the shop-floor to the boardroom, offering insight, exploring and developing the customer experience journey and evaluating and developing strategy.

I can draw on a wealth of multi-sector experience and specialise in customer experience, innovation, vision and strategy development, sustainability, workshop facilitation, and market analysis. I have strong facilitation skills and approach every new opportunity with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help you improve. I have run successful projects across a variety of sectors, including utilities, ICT, industrial and financial services. I speak four languages (Swedish, Dutch, German and English) and have significant experience in both B2C and B2B markets.
When I'm not working
My wife and I are kept very busy by our two sons, Fredrik and Alexander. When I’m not playing with the boys I enjoy cooking food almost as much as I enjoy eating it! Having said that I’d sacrifice my last meal before giving up Sky Sports! I’ll watch almost any sport from curling to athletics. I’m a keen Arsenal fan and also enjoy a kick about, running and a round of golf.
