Customer Experience | Customer Experience Consultancy | TMI
  • Every year, we have two ‘learning days’ – just to make sure we keep on our toes! This is from the December 2012 one – we were at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon. Now all together now – Jazz Hands!

  • And here we are – absolutely captivated by what’s happening on the stage as we are given our own little private tour!

  • We were delighted to be part of the biggest brand changeover project in Irish history and here are a couple of photos of the ‘virtual store’ that we helped to create as part of the colleague engagement activities.

  • And here is part of the lovely team!

  • We have the most wonderful clients – yes – all of you!! Look at what we got from the team at LOCOG as a thank you for helping them design the Spectator Experience for the London 2012 Olympics. Seriously – the pleasure was all ours!

  • And this is from another one of our Learning Days. Apart from the cupcakes (see previous!) the lovely team from LOCOG also arranged for us to have a private tour of the Olympic Stadium during construction. We were blown away even then!

  • Our ‘Learning Days’ involve a lot of playing.... Fancy a spot of ice-skating at Somerset House?

  • Blimey – we do look like a motley crew up to no good eh?!

  • Michelle is our Practice Manager. She keeps us all sane despite what we do to her! So for her birthday – we had a lovely surprise picnic!

  • Oooh look! We were published in BA’s High Life Magazine. Captured by a very helpful passenger!

  • You may have already read about what TMI’s beliefs are. Well – this is where they were first born!

  • And tada – here’s the output!

  • These were a great bunch of customers. They were really very happy to come to a rather obscure shed near Heathrow for a passenger experience prototyping session.

  • Great views to inspire great ideas – we love this venue for one of our creativity sessions

  • Customer experience wallpaper – have we stumbled upon a new interior design trend?

  • Role-storming through the eyes of the like of Gaga, Boris and Joey Essex (we couldn't possibly comment on who the intellectual powerhouse is in that triumvirate!)

  • This was such a fun project.... which we were alas sworn to secrecy about. What we particularly enjoyed was bringing together our client – Heathrow Express – together with a couple of our favourite partners – the fab guys from RPA Group – working at Kinnarps’ amazing London showroom – a must-visit place for inspiration for great workplaces.

  • All in a day’s work. They look pretty happy with their output!

  • And here are just some of the fabulous team at Malaysia Airlines. Thanks to everyone’s hard work, Malaysia Airlines went from being a 4-star carrier to being awarded 5-star carrier status. Go Team MAS!

  • We like to pride ourselves on solving our clients’ problems but just occasionally, we do rather like to tie them up in knots. Good to see the top team at Sainsbury’s showing yet again how well they work together.

  • This was a great co-creation day with Eurostar. We love the way everyone is intently listening to the needs of the clients. We also have another one of our clients – Lindsey Merchant – from World Duty Free in the pink scarf– on hand to offer her perspective on great customer experiences. In addition to WDF, we were also joined by Virgin, BA, Disney, BMW to name but a few great brands. This is extreme crowd-sourcing!

  • Martin’s really getting into his stride here. Planning for some patient experience improvement trials for a project with the NHS.

  • Here’s our well-travelled Listening Booth. We have been listening to the thoughts, views and ideas of patients from Walsall in the west to King’s Lynn in the East and various points in between!

  • We don’t like anyone to have to work on an empty stomach before our co-creation sessions!

  • Here’s Simon who runs Miele in the UK. He’s thanking all their customers for coming to a brilliant co-creation session. It was smoking hot!

  • So hot.... That we had to make sure everyone got an ice-cream. These co-creation sessions don’t half work up a sweat!

  • Here’s just some of the Senior Managers at Air Malta – capturing the spirit of their airline.

  • And here’s the team by their aircraft celebrating Valetta in Malta as City of Culture 2018.
