About Me
My Experience
My career started in retail, (seemingly when most things were in black and white) with Sainsbury’s, both in store operations and regional office. I left the “family” and ventured out into the auto and marine sectors (there is real truth in boys/toys thinking). Prodigally, I returned to Sainsbury’s at head office in both training and change management roles but always knew I wanted to work in a smaller company with more influence and impact and blimey, I should have been more careful what I asked for!
What I do at TMI
Well, I suppose that in a way I am the ‘gatekeeper’. As well as spending the majority of my time with clients creating, designing and delivering solutions, I am responsible for making sure clients get the very best people it is possible for them to have working with them but unfortunately the casting couch has long gone!
What do I bring to Clients
My best days at work are when the people I am working with decide what and how they are going to take their organisation to, whatever the ‘next level’ is. I pride myself on working with people to deliver solutions that make real, long term and sustainable change.
When I’m not working...
I crave the outdoors, sail whenever I get the chance, play cricket very badly on Sundays in the summer and am just about able to win when I play my two fantastic daughters at various sports. Their day will come – but not yet.
