My Experience

After reading Psychology at Nottingham, my career started in business analysis at AMEX, HR Professional, Communications Producer. In this role I ran a project to adapt TMI’s Putting People First Programme for British Airways and launch it in Amex Europe – the first non-airline application. After 2 years helping integrate the wider customer service strategy as Manager of Management Development and Training across EMEA I felt a desire to do this kind of work in other organisations, so joined TMI.

I have led and supported numerous international multi-sector customer experience and engagement programmes/conferences for all levels including board and have helped develop a number of powerful learning and involvement methods. Clients include Orange, BT, Toyota (Europe, USA and Japan), Unipart Group, Mercedes-Benz, Landrover, British Airways, BMI, Superquinn, Bally, Esso Retail, BP Distribution, Bass, Sun International, Hilton International, Lucas, Qinetiq, Lucent, Credit-Suisse First Boston, HSBC, NatWest. I am co-author of the book Brand Alchemy (Blackhall Publishing).

What I do at TMI

I specialise in customer experience and strategy/leadership/personal development programmes and events. I have run all the core TMI programmes and as a partner-associate to the company I help manage and develop accounts, research, shape and deliver solutions and support the development of new consultants.

What do I bring to Clients

I am passionate about helping people, (including myself!), uncover their talents and make things happen – whether it be customer experiences, living values or tackling a strategic challenge. I get really excited when a coaching session, training event, workshop, seminar or conference engages, even entertains and inspires people and helps equip them with the tools to achieve something they aspire to.  I enjoy reading the patterns of thought and behaviour that are affecting a group’s ability to deliver results and then turning these insights into powerful programmes.

When I’m not working...

I adore my family and lead a successful theatre production company that specialises in new writing and has helped a number of talented people achieve some premier award nominations as actors, directors and writers.
