My Experience

Having joined TMI some 20 years ago, I’ve pretty much grown up here.  I’m proud to say I’ve worked with a client representing every letter of the alphabet from Airmiles to Zeus Capital, been involved in over 1500 projects and helped deliver events to thousands upon thousands of people.

Recently I have had the opportunity to work on a broad range of clients including The Dorchester, British Airways, Eurostar, BT, Bhs & Superquinn which ensures that I’m constantly learning & developing my skills in readiness for the next project. 

There’s not a project that fazes me whether it's organising the delivery of 321 workshops to 4000 participants in 109 stores over a 6 week period as I did for M&S not that long ago or an international project.  My mantra is ‘bring it on’.

What I do at TMI

I spend the majority of time working in close partnership with our Consultants and Trainers to ensure that we are delivering on all aspects of our client projects, particularly the logistical co-ordination, contractual and financial aspects. 

Imagine ‘Cluedo’ and that would probably sum it up – It’s my job to make sure we get the right team, in the right room, with the right tools.

What do I bring to clients

Attention to detail and a structured approach – I know it’s dull but someone has to!  The team here at TMI are truly inspirational & incredibly creative.  In order for them to be able to be like that, they need a team back at base to help deliver on their promises – that’s where I come into my own and I love it.  Everyone knows that if they ask me to do something I will and that it will be done to the best of my ability.

When I am not working...

I’m the original ‘pushy mom’ – standing on the side of the pool as my daughter swims for the town team!  When I’m not screaming words of encouragement, you will probably find me enjoying the delights of CSI, Law & Order & Criminal Intent in all the various guises oh and the odd Bacardi Breezer.
