My Experience

My early career started in the Merchant Navy where I qualified as a Master, travelled extensively and developed an insatiable interest in people and cultures. Since then I’ve gained experience in production management, sales & marketing and HR management. It was while I was struggling as a middle manager that I attended a Time Manager course that changed my whole approach. The huge positive impact of the Time Manager™ philosophies on my own results led me to join the company and was hugely privileged to work with well known brands such as British Airways, General Motors, General Electric, as well as the exciting SME niche.

What I do at TMI

After over twenty years of experience with TMI I now run the ‘Time Manager’ training programme and in addition combine elements with Executive Coaching and Mentoring to produce a powerful enabler for people, teams and organisations to achieve significant positive results.

What do I bring to Clients

I am passionately interested in people and the way their thinking affects the results they achieve. I help individuals and groups of individuals develop their thinking processes to bring about success to their business and their lives as a whole.

I help people focus on what matters, adjusting their thinking, behaviours and habits to ensure effective achievement.
In short I help people get the right things done and get to where they want to be.

When I’m not working...

Married and loving it especially now that our two adult children have left home, got married and are developing their own families. I have interests in several start-up companies and voluntary organisations. I am still in love with the sea and sail offshore whenever I get the opportunity.
