My Experience

Having been engaged with clients as varied as Virgin Atlantic and Barclays, my current focus is on the utilities and airline sectors.  Prior to joining TMI I had worked with the learning and development division of Pearson and had held senior sales and marketing management positions including a six year spell as Sales Manager EMEA with a member of the SEIKO Group.

What I do at TMI

My role at TMI is to support clients throughout engagements and beyond. Activities range from informal exchanges of current thinking to scoping projects, providing consultancy, co-designing and delivering solutions, liaising with stakeholders and analysing outcomes. Depending upon the client need my role can be team leader or team member as activities are defined by competencies and context, not a job title.

What do I bring to Clients

Above all I bring a deep and consuming need to make a difference.  This is achieved through gaining deep insight and combining real world pragmatism with a commitment to theoretical rigour.

When I’m not working...

When not reading I can be found running, enjoying the Cotswolds or shouting at the Gloucester rugby team.
