This is the entry level CEB package,. It includes 300 sample surveys for customers and employees and a short feedback workshop.

There is also an option for Public Services organisations with smaller sample sizes (up to 100) and a report only option, supporting the needs of local authorities as part of their customer satisfaction and complaint culture tracking.

This package is recommended for multiple businesses within the same sector or sub-sector. Here, the reports include a more detailed level of sector-specific intelligence, in-depth commentary and strategic workshop for each participating organisation.

This approach is recommended for organisations that recognise their need to connect their recommendations directly to decision-making, with analytical and strategic workshops. With samples of 300 employees and customers allowing more sophisticated analysis, the approach allows you to discover the main drivers of loyalty and satisfaction in your business.

The licensing option provides the flexibility to tailor the research to the specific needs of your organisation, with multiple business units and internal benchmarking across geographical and functional units the main focus. This includes detailed reporting of internal benchmarks as well as external benchmarking with other leading brands.
