TMI helped EC English to transform and deliver a globally consistent and excellent English language school experience across 20 locations for students from 140 countries.
This global project delivered a step change in the experience for students (and agents) by using a thorough, thoughtful and engaging process involving research, ethnography, co-creation, pilots and implementation. Net Promoter scores have moved from 41 to over 52 with bookings up by 7.6% for 2016 and 28% for 2017.
EC English is a finalist of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016.
