TMI is a member of the Institute of Customer Service and has worked closely with them on many projects aimed at driving best practice. We've worked together for a number of years on the National Complaint Culture Survey
The Institute of Customer Service is the UK professional body for customer service whose primary purpose is to lead customer service performance and professionalism. It is a Membership organisation with a community of over 340 organisation members for which customer service is a key priority.
